Ecrebo to talk loyalty at Retail Week’s Tech. 2017 Conference

The ‘Tech.’ conference, powered by Retail Week, is Europe’s largest annual festival of innovation in retail technology. With over 120 speakers from technology companies, leading edge global retailers and data insight organisations, Tech. offers retail leaders the opportunity to get to grips with the pace of change.

We’re particularly excited that one of the speakers at Tech. is none other than our very own CEO, David Buckingham. David will be joined on stage by entrepreneur, Ecrebo investor and ‘godfather of loyalty’, Sir Keith Mills. As the figure behind the hugely successful Air Miles and Nectar loyalty schemes, there are few people whose opinions on loyalty are more valuable than Sir Keith’s.

As e-commerce continues to grow at an exponential rate, and traditional retailers seek to identify innovative new ways of staying relevant and improving customer loyalty, David and Sir Keith will explore the history of loyalty innovations, looking back at Sir Keith’s experiences of launching the Air Miles and Nectar loyalty programmes.

They will also be looking at what to expect from the next generation of loyalty and considering what opportunities and challenges might lie ahead for retailers — especially as the omni-channel environment continues to expand and technology continues to play an ever-more critical role in ensuring success.
